Is it common to say accomplishing something is BEYOND easy???
If not then what's a better expression?

In the US, "It's beyond easy." means it's very easy. You might also hear:

"It's child's play."

"It's too easy."

"That's kindergarten stuff."

"That's for kids."

"I could do it blindfolded."
