Wouldn't it be

"What's the difference between X AND Y and not X OR Y"

Thank you

If you are trying to make a formula, I don't think you capture the question with

"What's the difference between X AND Y and not X OR Y"

So let me rephrase the question:
"What's the difference in weight between adding it in and leaving it off?"
That looks to me like the difference between (X + Y) and (X).

What I was trying to say is that

you are supposed to use AND and not OR
in
What's the difference between leaving it in or taking it out?

RIGHT?

Could you also please tell me if this makes sense?

1 Is there a difference for you in feeling when you've shaved and have no beard than we you haven't and have a long beard when kissing someone.

There are 2 WHENS??

Just like this one I'm having trouble phrasing?

Yes, use AND when you are comparing two items. Use OR when you are considering alternatives.

1 Is there a difference for you in feeling when you've shaved and have no beard than we you haven't and have a long beard when kissing someone.
You need to align the phrases (so the "whens" introduce the same sort of items):
"If you are kissing someone, do you feel a difference between when you've shaved and have no beard and when you haven't shaved and have along beard?"
