Better wording for "do business with"

Hi there,

Say a company is interested in promoting a new merchandise and would a advertising agent to handle the advertising for them but they haven't decided which advertising agent they "are doing business with."

Is there a better way of saying do business with, does it sound native if I use cooperate with?

Thanks!
