What is the correct way to phrase the following sentences?

There is a better chance that everything is normal than not.
There is a better chance than not that everything is normal.
It is more likely that everything is normal than not.

My ear prefers '...than not...' after 'chance' and 'likely'. I would not presume to say that any of yours are incorrect. Someone else may, however.
