Letter Writing

Best wishes and warmest regards

Dear teachers,

The following is a part of a business email:

"Thank you for inviting Mr. Park as well. We both enjoyed the occasion thoroughly. We all hope to see you the next time you are in Seoul. Meanwhile, from your friends at KT best wishes and warmest regards."

Are those sentences okay?

I think the last sentence should be a full sentence:

Meanwhile, your friends at KT send best wishes and warmest regards.

Hope to have your feedback on this.

Thanks and best regards,

David Kim

" It is not a complete sentence, but such sentiments are common in casual, friendly exchanges. It would not be acceptable in a formal business letter.
