Best Way to Say This?

I'm having problems with 2 sentences. I want to say that basketball and drawing are the two things I'm best at and that they may very well be the only two things I'm good at at all. And I'd like to do so in a succinct and good-prose way.

"Basketball and drawing are the two things I'm best at. They may very well be the only things." Doesn't make sense.

That's about how I'd like it to sound, only the sentence doesn't make sense. Saying they're the two things you're best at already implies they're the only things.

It's a definitional difference between "good" and "best."

"Basketball and drawing are the two things I'm good at. They may very well be the only things" Doesn't make sense.

"Basketball and drawing are two things I'm good at. They may very well be the only things" Doesn't flow.

Can someone help me make sense of this? Thanks!

Mr. Micawber, sir, I don't think that sentence "basketball and drawing are the only two things I'm good at" works.
I'm trying to convey that I'm exceptional at them. Hence "Basketball and drawing are the two things I'm best at" The way you wrote makes it just seem like I'm pathetic. Thanks.

1st sentence should say I'm really really good at those 2 things.

2nd should say they

Very polite answer but very unhelpful.

What I have already given you will serve the purpose quite nicely. There is no need to be convoluted. Native speakers will understand your point.

Mr. M,

They may very well be the only things implies I'm unsure if they are … and I am … so that's what I'd like to say.

What you had "Basketball and drawing are the only two things I'm good at" and what I have "Basketball and drawing are the two things I'm best at. They may very well be the only things I'm good at" have subtle but very different meanings.

If you are so perceptive, I wonder why you are having difficulty solving this problem yourself.
