Best on OR Best of

When to use best on and when to use best of..
I'm building an app which lets users know the best posts on this website called - medium.com

I'm finding difficulty in naming it, could anyone help me ?

com. I think both "on" and "of" work in theory, but "best on medium" sounds to me like a cooking instruction, so on that basis I would choose "of". Consider whether you want to capitalise "Best".

As you may realise, "best of/on medium" does not make much sense to anyone who doesn't already know that it refers to a website medium.com. I think both "on" and "of" work in theory, but "best on medium" sounds to me like a cooking instruction, so on that basis I would choose "of". Consider whether you want to capitalise "Best".
