Best candidate for spelling of new ology required

Being new to this group, I apologize if this question is not appropriate here.
Would the best candidate for the spelling of the word describing the science, study or theory of the sport of Rugby be:

Rugbiology
Rugbeology
Rugbyology
Rugbology
Are there other candidates? As far as I am aware the word is not established.
Rugbiology adheres to the y rule for suffixes, by changing the y following a consonant to i.
Rugbeology is consistent with the existing word Rugbeian, although Rugbian has been sometimes used. The suffix here starts with i suggesting the second spelling to be "correct". Would the predominance of the spelling Rugbeian have to do with the pronunciation?

Rugbyology and Rugbology are the only internet instances of the word I have been able to find and only minimal usage at that.

Any assistance from this learned forum would be appreciated.

No. The best term would be Rugby science,

My mind is still warped by this year's SDC, but may I suggest "Bodgerology" . The etymology of this term comes from the traditional name for the headmaster at Rugby school where it is said the game originated
