Best

Hello,

  1. This is the best film I have ever seen.

I have to change degree of the above sentence.

A. No other film is as good as this I have ever seen.

B. This film is better than any other film I have ever seen.

C. This is the better than any other film I have ever seen.

Are both #B and #C correct?

Thanks.
