Just call me "Matt" I am working as a civil engineer and after 1 month i am being appointed as construction manager in a construction company, how am i going to ask to our HR department for my benefits and all the things that supposedly entitled for me?
For example. One of the HR staff limits my cellphone cards to 200 worth of load instead of 500 per month same as what other managers are getting.

Hi, When you become a manager, you will have authority. Use it to speak to the HR manager and tell him/her firmly what you want. Clive
