Yes, investments is the only correct grammatically, but Employment investments sounds strange to me. Perhaps they consider that being employed by a company represents an investment in it ... Anyway, everyone would be all those who might be interested in making such investments, whoever they might be.

I can't make sense of employment investments either, so it's impossible to say who the 'everyone' might be. Perhaps it is all the employees? Perhaps it is all the investors? Perhaps it is everyone in a much wider sense..the local community or something.
