Hi Aspara Gus. I often see native speakers use 'below+noun'. Isn't it incorrect? I looked up the word below on MW.com and below isn't used as an adjective. Or is it used as a preposition?

I don’t think it’s flat-out ungrammatical, but it certainly isn’t fully standard.

I'm a native British English speaker and I'd never use below + email. It sounds really odd. That said I have seen others do it - but only ever in the context "in the below email" I'd avoid it.
