Below over under Over

Which is correct?

He has scored over/above his season point average 11 times this season.

He has scored below/under his season point average 29 times this season.


He was going 20 kph over/above/under/below the speed limit.

I would say that all of the above would make grammatical sense. In preference, in the speed example, I'd go for 'over' and 'under'.
