"below" as adjective

Has it become acceptable to write "See the below instructions" to mean "See the instructions below"? Nobody ever corrects that here. It's starting to look like International English is going to iron out some of the wrinkles in English.

I do whenever I see it. I even correct above [noun], although it’s more accepted.

In years past I've found it a losing battle. Too many others seem to accept it. Same for 'above'.

Personally, I find it totally unacceptable, and I do occasionally correct it.
Nevertheless, no one seems to pay
