Belongs to or at

Which is correct and does the sentence make sense:

Your heart belongs 'to or at' the place whwre your mind wanders.

Can we use both to and at or what?

Thanks.

There is no good answer to your question, since your sentence meaning is murky. Either preposition is possible, but I would opt for none: Your heart belongs where your mind wanders.
