Believe with someone

Hi, Members and Gurus!

What does, "believe with someone" mean?

For example, "He believed with her" or, "Believe with me and you will be .... "

"Believe with me" mean, "Believe what I believe"?

By the way, "believe with someone" does not appear in the dictionary...

Then, how the native speakers know the meaning of this idiom, "believe with someone"?
