Believe?

Hi all,

She doesn't believe in anything.
She doesn't believe anything.

Which one is grammatically correct? I know some natives use both of them.

I find the second sentence rather implausible.
It means that the person does not believe that she will fall after she jumps off a roof, or does not believe the sun will come up tomorrow. Everyone believes something.

The sentence must be followed by a qualifier:
