Beins

How do I spell the colloquialism "beins" and what is the etymology?

Example: How can I write the word in the first place beins I don't know how to spell it.?
or
Beins that I don't know how to spell it, it won't do me any good to look it up in the dictionary.

It is not a colloquialism; I have never seen that before. Judging from your sentence, I suppose you mean ' being ', whose pronunciation might be transcribed as 'bein' in dialogue. This, however, should not be used in written English unless it is a direct quotation with the goal of representing a dialect.
