Going to finish studying tomorrow, she's happy. (Unnatural. A native speaker would say: She's going to be finished studying tomorrow. That makes her happy.)

No. The periphrastic future "going to" is not used in participle clauses.

"being about to" is probably the closest you can get to that idea, if you really feel you need such a construction.

Being about to complete her studies tomorrow, she is very happy.
