Being/As a little child, I have no worries.

Being a little child, I have no worries.
As a little child, I have no worries.

Are the sentences correct? If so, which is better, especially in the choice Being or As?

Thanks.

Both sentences are grammatical, but a little child would not be able to say something as sophisticated as this.

I'd say to go with 'being'.
