Being walking…

Being walking along the street, I saw a man with five dogs.

-> While I was walking along the street, I saw a man with five dogs.

Is the sentence grammatically correct?

I think that ‘Being’ should be removed to be correct.

What do you native English speakers think? Thank you so much as usual.

Correct. When being starts a sentence that way, you don't want another verb in the -ing form after it. You want a noun or an adjective.

Being a lawyer, Mr Smith was able to answer their questions about court procedures.
Being very perceptive, Susan
