Grammar

Being released next week

Which are grammatical:

1) They have a new album being released next week.
2) They have a new album, being released next week.

3) He had a gun pointing at me.
4) He had a gun, pointing at me.

I think in '2' and '4' the comma might give a double focus to the sentence or simply indicate a pause due to the fact that the last part has been added on as an afterthought.

I am not sure that 'album being released' is really idiomatic. Is it?

Gratefully,
Navi.
