Vocabulary

being ready or feel up to

I think both are correct and mean the same. Would you please help me to use "being ready" and "feel up to" in their right place?
I want to know differences in meaning and emotion.

1) "If you feel up to a game of golf on the weekend, let me know."
2) "If you are ready for a game of golf on the weekend, let me know."

" This would be used if the person is sick or not feeling well or chronically tired. " This would be used if the person needs some kind of preparation. Maybe he needs to buy golf clubs.
