Dear sir/madam,

I want to ask you one question and my question is below.

1) There is a report about 150 people injured in the accident.
2) There is a report about 150 people being injured in the accident.


The meaning of the both the sentences are same ? or They are different ?


What first sentence is trying to say and what second sentence is trying to say.

Can you please elaborate on that.
