Being or blank?

It is correct to say
- Are you being angry?

But why don't people say

I am being busy.

Is it wrong to say - I am being busy

If you are describing your current condition: busy, hungry, happy, tired, bored, alert, thirsty, etc., then don't use the progressive.

You seem bored. I am happy. He was bored. We are tired.
Not: you are seeming bored. I am being happy. We was being bored. We are being tired.
