Being helped?

Dear Teachers,

1. I haven't seen you for a while.

- "for a while" here means "for a short time", right?

2. Do you think you guys can get back together?

- I'm not sure. There's plenty of fish out there in the sea.

- You're such a dog!

- What does "you're such a dog" mean here?

3. Hello Sir! are you being helped?

- No. I'm not. I'm interested in some scarves.

- "are you being help?" here means "Can I help you?", right?

Thanks a bunch to Teachers,

Stevenukd.
