Hi, I am doing an assignment, just wondering if this sentence makes sense?

I am seeking an order of being excusd from filing a certificate to the Board due to the urgency of this matter.

Thanks Emotion: smile

No, I find it a little confusing. I suppose that you mean this: Because of the urgency of this matter, I am seeking authorization to be excused from filing a certificate with the Board.
