Being blessed/ is blessed/ has been blessed.

Suppose my friend has given birth to a baby girl few hours before. Now I want to update my status on facebook. Which one among the following three would be the most appropriate sentence grammatically to write:

1. My friend is just blessed with a baby girl.

2. My friend is being blessed with a baby girl.

3. My friend has been blessed with a baby girl.

I suppose 1 and 2 are not ok. My friend has just been blessed with a girl c hild. Present perfect is used when the effect of a past event is felt at the present moment (in this case it is your happiness).
