Please tell me whether this is grammatically correct and what does this sentence mean??
"Not easy being the managing director at office."

If I wanted to say.. " Working as a managing director is not easy.." How to say it??

I don't know how to ask this question.. Then we'll imagine like this;
If somebody is trying to show that he is too busy at the office, but he doesn't. So then I wanted to say him just for kidding,
"It is not easy to become the managing director at office.." (but he is not the managing director.)
Then how should I tell this??
