Behind with behind on

Which is correct please?
On or with? Is behind correct?

My grandparents are old and are behind with/on technology.
They have fallen behind [on/with] technology.

How would you say this correctly? Is "times" correct? Would there be a correct way to say this?
Kids are with their times. Nowadays at the age of 2 they already have a computer.

Thank you
