Behind these ideas (,) are creative minds.
Behind these ideas (,) there are creative minds.

Which sentence would you prefer? Ist the comma necessary?

Without commas I find them equally good. In the first sentence the comma is wrong. In the second sentence it is not so glaringly wrong but I wouldn't include it.
