Can you start a sentence with "Supposed to [verb]," ?
Example: Supposed to run, he just kept standing there.

That example sentence is super awkward. "Suppose" is easier to use. Example : "Suppose we went to that party? It would be cool."
Supposed example: He was supposed to run, but he just kept standing there.
