Beginner writing need to help

pls correct for me a small topic

I usually help other colleagues in the company. My company is small company with 6 people only. Most of them are lady so when have trouble with office technology , machine.... i usually help them to resolve problem. I also help them install, remove and update computer as needed. Sometime, i help them contact with customer who talking English native by send email, voicemail or phone. i'm pleasure to help my colleagues because we are like a family, help each other and development.
