Beginner - Using a computer

Internet and computer have become a part of human's life long time ago. Especiallly with some people working in bussiness area like me, a computer is the main factor for their job. Therefore I normally use a computer ten to twelve hours per day

To start a work day, I usually check emails which guide me what is the important thing I should focus today. Then I need to check data or news in bussiness area in order to update my knowledge. Finally my computer will take all my stress from hard working day by providing some movies, music.
