Begin with +noun

Hello,

I would like to ask a question regarding "begin with + noun".

Could I write "beginning with cement being added and ending with concrete as the final product."

or it is better to write "beginning with mixture of cement, water, sand, and gravel and ending with concrete as the final product"

Thank you!
