Begging tone

Hi. I have applied to a university and I want to ask a professor to fully consider me for his research team.

That would be kind of you to look at my letter I want to send him and let me know how it sounds.

personaly, I think there is kind of begging tone in it.

Dear Dr.

I am writing to inform you that all my documents such as transcripts, Test scores, and recommendations have been received by the admission office.

I would be grateful if you would look at my application with utmost lenience and give me the honor of being in your team for your future researches.

I look forward to hearing from you

Thank you very much for your correction.

I want to ask him to look at my application with kindness and consideration and hire me as a graduate student.

It is highly appreciated if you would suggest a replacement for utmost lenience.

Thanks for your time
