beg v. implore v. plead

"John, I implore you , stop now before it's too late."

Can we say instead of the original, retaning the meaning of origninal ?

1) "John, I beg you, stop now before it's too late."

2) "John, I plead you, stop now before it's too late."

I always use "plead with someone" -- and I think "plead someone" is incorrect.
