healer Is the following grammatically correct?

No. In the first set, the order is wrong: "He begged mercy / money / a favour of him." This is an old-fashioned form.

In the second set, a word is missing: "He begged him for mercy / money / a favour."

"Begged" itself is a tad old-fashioned. Nowadays you say "asked".
