Before/until/no sooner/had hardly

What I've learned here are these:

She didn't come here before it rained.
= It rained, then (after a certain time: from 0.* second to a great deal of time) she came here.
(We shouldn't use the past perfect here like 'She hadn't come', right?)

She didn't come here until it had rained.
= She came here just after it rained.

She had hardly(=just only) come here before it rained.
= It rained just after she came.

She had no sooner(=closer to NOW) come here than it rained.
= It rained just after she came.
= She had just come when It rained.

My understanding is right?

Thanks
