before/until in negative sentences

I have a sentence: A needs to wait until B arrives. Should the negative sentence be "A doesn't need to wait until B arrives" or "A doesn't need to wait before B arrive"? Does using negative form make any difference when choosing until or before? Thanks!

The shop doesn't open until Wednesday.... (It opens on Wed morn)
