Before/until

Which are correct:

1-I looked at the watch. It was two hours before the train left.
2-I looked at the watch. It was two hours before the train would leave.

3-I looked at the watch. It was two hours until the train left.
4-I looked at the watch. It was two hours until the train would leave.

Yes. I looked at my watch and saw that it was two hours before the time at which the train was scheduled to leave.

For instance, if the train was supposed to leave at 3 o'clock, I looked at my watch and saw that it was 1 o'clock.
