Before the minute is complete, I want you back to your place.

Hi

Is this sentence natural, especially the yellow part?

Before the minute is complete, I want you back to your place.

Thanks,

Tom

No.

I want you back in your seat within the next sixty seconds! (That seems like a long time to sit down, though.)

Thanks, Barbara.

If it is not a seat (let's say it's a stall kind of thing) can we use the phrase "back to your place"?

And what about "the minute is complete" here?

He is very stingy. He calls me from his cell but always disconnects it before the minute is complete.

Is the use of "the minute is complete" OK here

I'll give you one minute to get back in your seat. (Or else you're in big trouble!)

You may find this curious. More idiomatically, we say "up", not "complete":

He always disconnects before the (first) minute is up.
