You can go before a panel (of people).
Go before the judge (in a court of law)

"go before" relates to people who will hear your argument or case, usually in an official capacity.

Alpheca, I guess you didnt get what I said. When I say .... "1. Last evening I went before my uncle for the dinner."

I meant ... "I was my uncles's guest for the dinner" no matter who started to eat dinner. me or my uncle.

We don't use "before" with that meaning.

You can say:
I knelt before my uncle. It means you are being subservient to him, as if he were your king as well as your uncle.
