Please have a look at the three sentences below:

1a) Before going out I always double-check that I didn't leave the oven on.
1b) Before going out I always double-check that I haven't left the oven on.
1c) Before going out I always double-check that I don't leave the oven on.

Which of them are grammatically correct? Which one sounds the most natural to a native speaker?

2) Before going out I always double-check whether I left the oven on or not.

Does this sentence mean the same? Is it better in any linguistic way?
