BEFORE / Answer phone and aswer the door.

Could you say this please?

1 its my dog before yours.

2 This is my house before yours. Its in my name even though you live here.

Which would you say?

1 As of now/as from now/from now on, I'm not answering the phone.
2 He isn't answering my calls./He isn't answering the door.

Can you say both Answer the door and answer the phone, or is it something else for DOOR?

thank you

Thank you Khoff

Why did you use the past in 2.

thank you

I used part tense in 1 and 2 to show that the speaker''s ownership came before the other person's claim.

Not with "before." You could say, "She's my dog, not yours."
