Hello,
1. I have seen her before.
The present perfect tense is used to express actions happening in an incomplete period of time. An incomplete period is one that includes the present moment, that is, the time of speaking.
I would like to know how 'before' connect the event happened in past to the present moment.
2. I have seen her lately.
The same for 'lately'?
