Could you please explain to me the emboldened parts?

I have no idea about bee-running but I know "shutterbugs" means "an amateur photographer" in genera but I here wonder how one can pose for photographer though they can for "photographs".

Top answer

" A "busy bee" is a busy person (from the notion that bees are very industrious creatures). A "shutterbug" is a photography enthusiast, as you say. It is possible to pose for photographers as well as for photographs.

The hyphen in "bee-running" should be a dash:

"Bachchan bahu became a busy bee -- running to welcome guests, ..."

A "busy bee" is a busy person (from the notion that bees are very industrious creatures).
