Because—comma

Hello,

I have a question regarding this sequence of sentences.

"He didn't go to the exhibition because he didn't with the concept of it."

"He didn't go to the party, because he was busy."

In this sequence, I think the comma before 'because' in the first sentence shouldn't be there—it isn't the reason why he didn't go there, isn't it?

Thank you very much any answers!
