Are those,below,possible to use ?

1)I have headheache because of him talking too much.

2)I have headheache because of his talking too much.

3)I get sick of him saying the same thing.

4)I get sick of his saying the same thing.

5)Since you being expelled from college,i will be alone in here.

6)Since most of the men being loaded on chopper,are from charlie company,you will have to take place of theirs.
(I heard this talking numbered 6 in the movie called we were soldiers,is it appropriate to use or i heard wrong?

I don't see the difference between number 5 and 6.If "since most of the men being loaded on the chopper" is true,I think "since you being expelled from the college" is true,too.Am i wrong ?

In #6, the subject of the dependent clause is most and the verb is are.
