Chocolate prices have deropped because of a build-up of excess stocks held by makers.
I think " a build-up of excess stocks held by makers" is a clause.
"a build-up of excess stocks " = Subject
"held"= verb,so It shuld be "Because" instead of "because of"Could you please advise why this shold be because of??
